Springwood Estates

Description: 220 acres of land featuring
110 distinctive custom built homes. A large portion of the subdivision is wooded and
includes numerous ponds. All of the homesites are from one acre to over
three acres.
Location: Approximately 6 miles southwest
of Valparaiso, 7 miles east of Crown Point, on 100 South, 1 mile east of Lake of the Four
Seasons. The subdivision has ½ mile of frontage on 600 West and over 1/3 mile of frontage
on 100 South.
Schools: Boone Grove High School,
Boone Grove Middle School, and
Porter Lakes Elementary School serve the subdivision. All are excellent public
schools.
Utilities: Electrical service is provided
by R.E.M.C. Natural gas is provided by N.I.P.S.C.O. NW Indiana Telephone Company
provides telephone service. All utility services are underground. Because the community
uses well and septic, there will be no water and sewer bills.
Home Owner Association: In order to
maintain the high standards of Springwood Estates, we will have a home owners association.
The purpose of the association is to deal with any problems or issues that the
homeowners of our community may face in the future. We currently do
not have any homeowner's association fees. In the future, we
estimate fees, if any, to be very minimal. |
