Site Assessment/Feasibility Studies:  Generally are performed prior to the actual purchase of land for site development.  The purpose is to assess the constraints and opportunities of the potential development site.

Construction Management:  We can provide you with construction management services to assist in the cost effective construction of roads, sewers, water mains, ponds, drainage systems, and related structures.  We can also provide construction layout of all planned improvements.
